Nothing in this section creates a guarantee of freight movement or service availability.

Information provided on this website does not constitute a binding rate confirmation, load confirmation, or transportation agreement.

Green Gopher Logistics LLC does not guarantee:

• Load availability
• Freight volumes
• Specific rates
• Equipment utilization
• Business profitability

All freight services are subject to separately executed written agreements, rate confirmations, broker–carrier agreements, or shipper contracts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Gopher Logistics LLC disclaims liability for:

• Cargo loss or damage unless expressly agreed in writing
• Consequential or special damages
• Lost revenue or business opportunities

Cargo liability, if applicable, shall be governed solely by the terms of the executed transportation agreement.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed written agreement, Green Gopher Logistics LLC operates as a transportation intermediary and not as a motor carrier.

Green Gopher Logistics LLC:

• Does not take possession of freight
• Does not operate commercial motor vehicles for shipment unless under separate written carrier authority
• Arranges transportation services through authorized third-party motor carriers

When acting in a brokerage capacity, all transportation services are performed by independent, licensed motor carriers.

Nothing on this website shall be construed to create a motor carrier relationship unless expressly agreed in writing.

All motor carriers, owner-operators, and transportation providers engaged by Green Gopher Logistics LLC are independent contractors.

Nothing contained in these Terms or on this website shall be construed to create:

• An employer–employee relationship
• A partnership
• A joint venture
• An agency relationship

Each party retains control over its own operations, equipment, personnel, and regulatory compliance.
